1. Scope and developer
These terms apply to the Android versions of Piccolo Squad and Brainrot Bills: Smash an Egg published by Radi Akka, an individual game developer based in Morocco, under Khoroto Global. Contact: support@khorotoglobal.xyz.
Use the games only if you are at least 13 and meet any higher age or permission requirements that apply where you live. If you cannot agree to these terms, do not use the games.
2. Permission to play
We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive permission to use the game for entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. Game code, artwork, names, and other content remain with their respective rights holders. Do not redistribute the game, bypass its safeguards, or exploit it commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
3. Piccolo Squad
Online play depends on network connectivity, compatible game versions, available rooms, and third-party services. Guest accounts may be difficult or impossible to recover after local credentials are lost. Keep party links private to your intended group.
Do not cheat, impersonate other players, use abusive names, harass people, spam invitations, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service. We may investigate reports and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect players or the service. Use the support page to ask for review of an account or service issue.
4. Brainrot Bills
The Android version saves progress on your device and has no game account or cloud-save service. Clearing app data or losing the device can remove progress and earned content. An internet connection is required to keep playing after the initial runs.
5. Ads and virtual items
Both Android versions are supported by ads and do not offer real-money purchases or subscriptions in the versions covered by these terms. Optional rewarded ads grant a reward only when the game receives the provider’s completion confirmation. Availability is not guaranteed.
Earned currency, unlocks, and virtual items are for use inside the relevant game, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside supported game features.
6. Privacy and data requests
Read the Piccolo Squad Android privacy policy or the Brainrot Bills Android privacy policy for your game. Piccolo Squad account deletion and other data-request instructions are on the deletion page.
7. Availability, changes, and your rights
We may update the games to fix issues, change content, or maintain compatibility. Online services and ad availability can be interrupted. Features may change or end; we will provide notice where appropriate or legally required.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the games and services are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies available to you under applicable law.

Contact support@khorotoglobal.xyz about these terms or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. We revise the date above when the terms change and provide additional notice when required.
