Delete from inside Piccolo Squad

Open Settings → ACCOUNT & PRIVACY → Delete Account and review the confirmation. Keep the game connected until it reports the outcome. If the request fails, retry or contact us using the web option below.

Request deletion from the web

  1. Email support@khorotoglobal.xyz with the subject Delete my Piccolo Squad account.
  2. State that you want your Piccolo Squad online account and associated data deleted. If available, include your public player code and displayed game name so we can locate the request.
  3. We will reply with any proportionate ownership-verification steps and explain completion or any retention that is legally required. A public name or player code alone does not prove ownership. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

What is removed

The account-deletion flow removes the online social profile, public player-code mapping, friends and social relationships, notification registrations and preferences, associated party/invitation records and reports, and requests removal of Unity Authentication identity and leaderboard entries.

Deletion is different from clearing local storage or withdrawing optional-data consent. Clearing app storage alone does not delete server records. Optional-data consent withdrawal preserves the online account. Account deletion can remove access to your friends and online identity; avoid deleting it if you only want to turn off notifications.

What may remain, and for how long

Local game progress and earned items are stored separately on your device; use Android app-storage controls if you also want to remove them. A short-lived hashed account marker remains in the social service for about one hour to block still-valid login tokens; it is eligible for cleanup after expiry.

Advertising providers, Unity Analytics, hosting systems, and backups may have separate records and retention rules. The in-game account flow does not automatically erase every provider-held record. Contact us if your request should include remaining analytics, advertising, or support data, and we will explain the relevant provider process. We may keep limited records only where needed for a legal obligation, security, or a dispute.

Brainrot Bills local data

Brainrot Bills Android has no game account or cloud save to delete. To remove local progress, clear the app’s data in Android’s app-storage settings. This resets progress and earned unlocks on that device. Your OS backup settings may affect restored data.
